Where is my order?

Orders placed by 2 pm PST will ship the same day*. Otherwise, it will ship on the next business day. Orders are processed 7 days a week, excluding holidays.

*Orders with invalid addresses will require additional processing time. Made-to-order items require an additional crafting period.

Once you place your order, we ensure the quality of your gear is top-notch and we pack your order to be shipped from our California warehouse. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Orders containing both "ready-to-ship" and "made-to-order" items will have multiple shipments. You can check the status of your order by clicking on Track My Order.
