We want to make your shopping experience the best it can be. That’s why we’ve made a FREE return option for our US customers when selecting store credit! HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN IN THE USA
Please follow the process below when returning your item(s) to us.
- Within 30 days of placing your order, you can process your return HERE
- A return shipping label will be sent to you via email.
- Please allow 3-4 days processing time once your item(s) have arrived back at our warehouse.
- Once processed, you will receive an email with the details of your refund or store credit information. The items will be inspected and accepted if they meet our conditions listed below.
RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT
- FREE Returns inside of the US
- FREE pre-paid return shipping label provided
- Store Credit code received within 24 hours via email once your return has been processed.
- Little to no wait time in comparison to refund processing time.
- Never expires

RETURN FOR REFUND
- Pre-paid return shipping label provided
- If the return was due to an error of ours (for example, the item you received is defective), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return.
- If the return is not due to an error of ours (i.e. you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs.
- $5 Restocking fee deducted from the total amount available for refund.
- It can take 3-5 business days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your financial institution) after the refund has been processed.
TIPS TO ENSURE YOUR RETURN IS IN RETURNABLE CONDITION:
- For hygienic reasons all items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged and brand new with all original tags attached or we will not accept it back. This includes but is not limited to visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, etc.
- The hygienic liner must not have been removed or reattached.
- Shipping fees will not be reimbursed if the return is denied.
Avoid scuffing or scratching your shoes by trying on the shoes on carpet. The shoe box must be returned undamaged with the shoes.
- Please try on over underwear for hygienic reasons.
- Do not remove protective slip.
- Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
