HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN/EXCHANGE IN THE USA

Please follow the process below when returning your item(s) to us.

  • Within 30 days of placing your order, you can process your return or exchange here
  • A return shipping label will be sent to you via email.
  • Please allow 3-4 days processing time once your item(s) have arrived back at our warehouse.
  • Once processed, you will receive an email with the details of the return or exchange. The items will be inspected and accepted if they meet our conditions listed below.

TIPS TO ENSURE YOUR RETURN IS IN RETURNABLE CONDITION:

CONDITIONS

  • For hygienic reasons all items must be returned/exchanged unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged and brand new with all original tags attached or we will not accept it back. This includes but is not limited to visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, etc.
  • The hygienic liner must not have been removed or reattached.
  • Shipping fees will not be reimbursed if the return is denied.

SHOES

Avoid scuffing or scratching your shoes by trying on the shoes on carpet. The shoe box must be returned undamaged with the shoes.

APPAREL

  • Please try on over underwear for hygienic reasons.
  • Do not remove protective slip.
  • Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
